E.M.M, Empowered Men Ministry, is a non-profit men’s group, primarily serving Zimbabwean Adventists in North America.

Over the years, it has grown to include other African men in the diaspora, and Americans. It was founded in 2008 by a ‘few good men’ who wanted to create a platform for community, fellowship, and fun.

Our vision is to raise families under God’s principles.

Our mission is to equip men with tools, to help navigate the complexities of living as pilgrims in a foreign land.  We aim to develop men who are adept at adapting, well-rounded, connected, and in one-accord with God and men.

We have an annual retreat every year, rotating between different states, from east to west, north to south. At the retreats we have lessons, sermons, and social programs. All are welcome! Our values are founded on the word of God and our culture.

We are grateful to America for giving us a home away from home and pray for her peace and prosperity. We seek to abide by the law of the land.
